Rita van der Molen-Kuipers has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, serving as Hoofd Zorg & Welzijn at Norschoten since 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing the quality of care, personnel management, financial policies, and the development of policies for small-scale residential care.
