Mirjam van Ginkel has extensive experience in organizational and management roles within the healthcare and technical advisory sectors. Currently serving as an Organisatiebuddy and Projectcoördinator at Zorgorganisatie Norschoten since 2019, Mirjam previously worked as a Management Assistent at Norschoten from 2008 to 2018 and as an Officemanager at ESV Technisch Adviesbureau B.V. from 1997 to 2008. Educational qualifications include training from Twijnstra & Gudde (2024), multiple courses at NCOI Opleidingen (2018-2020), and various programs at Schoevers and ISBW Opleiding & Training in the late 1990s. Barneveld High School was completed between 1989 and 1994.
