Martin Lien has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Martin started their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Just Cruzin Production. In 2006, they founded JCP Sweden and served as the VD/Managing Director. Martin held this role until 2010 and then moved on to become the Marketing Director at BIK BOK AS, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined JCP PR as the Managing Director and partner, and after a year, in 2014, they became the Marketing Director of ±·´Ç°ù°ùø²Ô²¹ Sport AS. Martin Lien's work experience primarily revolves around marketing and leadership roles in the fashion and sports industries.

Martin Lien began their education in 1998 at HJK Hærens jegerkommando, where they pursued a degree in Fallskjermjeger. Martin completed their studies there in 1999. Following this, Martin enrolled at The University of Queensland in 2000 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Marketing. Martin successfully completed their degree in 2003.
