Don Kinley has extensive engineering leadership experience, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Norris Cylinder Co. since August 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering operations. Prior to this role, Don worked at Eaton Leonard from 1986 to August 2013, progressing to the position of Director of Engineering. Don Kinley holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
