Varon Snelgrove is a seasoned safety professional currently employed at Norrell since 2022. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Brazoria County Sheriff's Office from March 1995 to April 2023, where Varon held multiple titles including Chief Deputy, Lieutenant, and served as the Public Information Officer (PIO). Varon also supervised the Training, Crime Prevention, and Crime Stoppers Units, in addition to commanding the SWAT Unit. Additional roles include serving as a Patrol Deputy at Jones Creek Marshalls Department from 1993 to 1995 and as a Patrol Officer at Clute Police Department from May 1992 to 1993. Education includes completion of the FBI National Academy in 2019, FBI LEEDA training from 2017 to 2018, and studies at Brazosport College from 1991 to 1992, along with earning the Trilogy Award in Executive Command/Leadership.
