Randy Quast has extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations focused on cannabis law reform, serving as Board Treasurer and Board Chair for NORML since February 2014, and holding similar positions with Minnesota NORML and Portland NORML from January 2011 to January 2017. Additionally, Randy Quast has experience as President & CEO of both AirLifeLine, a nonprofit volunteer pilot organization, and Quast Transfer Inc, a transportation company. Educational background includes completing the Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School and obtaining a high school diploma from Holy Trinity High School.
