Arup Ratan Chanda has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction equipment industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Support at Normet Group since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing global technical services and product support competence development. Previously, Chanda held various leadership roles, including General Manager for India Sales area at Normet and National Operations Manager at Epiroc, where operational improvements led to significant market share recovery. Additional experience includes service management and operational excellence roles at Action Construction Equipment Ltd., Sandvik, TIL Limited, and Atlas Copco, where notable achievements include enhancing plant quality processes, establishing new business models, and launching innovative service solutions. Chanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
