Currently serving as Chairman of NORMco Pump & Power, LLC, Douglas oversees a fluid transfer company with a rental fleet of proprietary pump units. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Hunter Equity Capital, Douglas specializes in majority buyout transactions in the lower middle market, maintaining a concentrated portfolio to enhance operational involvement. Previous positions include Chairman of Rasmussen Equipment Company, where Douglas led significant organizational growth and drove a 100% increase in EBITDA, and Chairman of Tioga Air Heaters, which quadrupled profits during Douglas's tenure. Additionally, as Director of Delta Rigging & Tools, Douglas expanded the company from $10 million to $180 million in revenue through strategic acquisitions. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwestern University.
