Rich Bradway

Digital Innovation Officer at Norman Rockwell Museum

Rich Bradway is the current Digital Innovation Officer at Norman Rockwell Museum. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director of E-Commerce and New Media at Boston Symphony Orchestra from January 2001 to May 2015. In this role, they oversaw all elements of Internet marketing and eCommerce, as well as new media production and sales. From May 2011 to October 2016, Bradway served on the School Committee for Berkshire Hills Regional School District / Town of Stockbridge. Rich was Vice Chair of the committee and also headed up communications and outreach for Monument Now!, a municipal ballot question committee supporting the renovation of the Monument Mountain Regional High School building. Prior to their work in education, Bradway was CEO of Blueplate Interactive Technologies LLC from October 1997 to January 2001. Rich began their career in 1995 as a software support specialist at Wainwright Bank, where they worked until 1997.

Rich Bradway was a communications and media studies major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Rich Bradway reports to Sue Elliott, Chief Audience Officer. They work with Karen Lrhazi - Technology Coordinator, Alyssa Blumenthal - Director of Public Operations & Visitor Engagement.
