Angela Hickmore is a Non Executive Director at Norman Broadbent. Angela has held this position since October 2016.

Previously, Angela was a Partner at BrightPool from January 2012 to September 2016. At BrightPool, Angela was responsible for the recruitment of temporary, contractor, and permanent employees, as well as the management and assessment of large teams of professional contractors.

Angela has significant experience in delivering major recruitment projects and has designed and managed assessment centres where hundreds of candidates are interviewed and assessed for key competencies.

Angela is also the creator of Connect, an online business tool that tracks the progress of candidates when on assignment and manages the work schedule process. Connect allows clients to see when individuals and teams deliver on their promise.

Technology would be nothing without people, which is why Angela invests highly in their consultants. Each possesses unparalleled knowledge and experience of their given discipline, allowing them to perform rigorously detailed assessments of both clients’ and candidates’ needs.

Angela Hickmore has a BA Hons in English from the University of Sussex and an Executive Leadership and Business Management degree from the Randstad Global Senior Executive Programme at INSEAD.
