Samantha Miller is a seasoned design researcher with extensive experience in human-centered design and multi-market research. Currently serving as Lead Design Researcher at Normally since September 2023, Samantha previously held positions such as Senior Research Lead for Special Projects at DO & CO AG, where human-centered research informed design opportunities across a global hospitality business. Samantha also led significant research initiatives at Cookpad, a popular digital recipe-sharing app, and worked at IDEO, delivering impactful design solutions. With a strong foundation in service innovation from STBY and experience as a Design Assistant at New York University School of Law, Samantha's educational background includes a Master's in Interaction Research from Goldsmiths, University of London, a business course for designers, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from New York University.
