Christian Amstrup has over 35 years of industry experience and has held various roles in recruitment and HR. Currently, Christian is the Head of People Development at NORMAL A/S, where Christian oversees talent acquisition and leadership training. Christian has also worked as a self-employed recruitment specialist at Colo - Consulting, Search & Selection and as a Senior Recruiter at EG A/S. Additionally, Christian has experience working at companies such as Siemens Wind Power, Dansk Supermarked Group, Adecco A/S, and Dansk Supermarked in roles related to recruitment and HR. Christian holds degrees in Markedsøkonomi and Economics from Aarhus University.
