Kristian A. Adolfsen is an experienced leader in the hospitality industry, having served as Chairman of Norlandia Hotels & Resorts and as chairman of Norlandia from 1995 to 2007. Kristian holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Wisconsin School of Business, both obtained in 1988-1989, along with a Siviløkonom degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in 1982-1986. Additionally, Kristian attended Luftforsvarets Befalsskole from 1980 to 1981.
