Jorien Blesgraaf-Coops has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jorien'smost recent position is as the Director Business Support at Norlandia childcare, where they are responsible for marketing, communication, HR, IT, sustainability, innovation, and building an organization. Prior to this, they completed executive coach training at De Nederlandse Academie voor Psychotherapie and had a sabbatical break to focus on personal endeavors. Jorien was also the Director HR at KidsFoundation, the largest childcare organization in the Netherlands. Before that, they held various managerial roles at Schiphol, where they were responsible for operating model development, communications, human resources, and transitions. Jorien has also worked as the Manager Human Resources at Sanoma Men's Magazines and the HR Business Partner at Sanoma Uitgevers. Additionally, they have experience as an advisor in HR at SOS International and as a consultant in HR at Stork. Jorien started their career as an intercedent at Adecco.
