Yen Bico is an experienced QA engineer currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Norima Consulting Inc. since October 2020, following roles as a QA Engineer and Associate Quality Assurance Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Yen worked as an AI Research Engineer at New Kinpo Group from July 2019 to February 2020, and gained valuable experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst intern at Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. in early 2018. Yen holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lyceum of the Philippines University, attained between 2014 and 2018.
