Keith Axtman has over 20 years of experience in communications and technology roles, currently serving as Communications Technology Administrator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since September 2007. In this position, Keith specializes in designing Variable Data Solutions for both B2B and B2C clients, providing technical support, web authoring, and managing Print On Demand systems. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Noridian Mutual Insurance as Communications Project Coordinator and Project Leader/Graphic Artist, overseeing project coordination and graphic design. Keith holds a BS in Mass Communications/Advertising from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Technical Certificate in Computer Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College, along with an Associate of Arts Degree from Lake Region State College.
