HÃ¥kon Nyberg has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. HÃ¥kon started their career in 1994 as an Engineer at Hydro Aluminium Alucoat AS. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Laboratory Manager at Protan AS. In 2000, they took on the role of Senior Engineer Development and later became the R&D Manager at Protan AS, where they were responsible for developing products, driving innovations, and improving product performances. In 2007, they were promoted to the position of Director of Production, R&D, Procurement, and Logistics at Protan AS, where they oversaw multiple production units, supply chain, and R&D. Currently, since 2019, they are serving as the Plant Manager at Norgips Norge AS.

HÃ¥kon Nyberg attended the University of South-Eastern Norway from 1990 to 1991, where they focused on electronics. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1994, they pursued their studies in chemistry at Oslo and Akershus University College.
