Lejla M. currently serves as the Senior Growth Brands Lead DACH at Norgine Germany, a position held since December 2024, following a role as the Growth Brands Lead ALPS at Norgine from September 2023 to December 2024. Between May 2014 and January 2023, Lejla worked as a Product Manager in Molecular Diagnostics at BIOMEDICA Medizinprodukte GmbH. Lejla's earlier experience includes a diplomand position at Forschungszentrum Borstel in 2011, focusing on validating biomarkers for sarcoidosis and tuberculosis, and an internship at McGill University Health Centre in 2009, involved in genome sequence analysis of M. avium avium. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the University of Vienna, along with a diploma in Digital Business Management from Wirtschaftsakademie Wien, completed in May 2023.
