Jonathan Brown is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in business relationship management and strategic IT leadership. Currently serving as a Business Relationship Manager at NorgesGruppen since October 2020, Jonathan oversees IT solutions for HR and Payroll across a workforce of around 43,000 employees. Previously, Jonathan held the position of CIO for 3 Norske AS, managing IT operations for three iconic brands in Norway, and worked as an independent IT consultant focusing on startups. Jonathan's extensive career also includes significant roles at Smart Fuel AS and Shell, where responsibilities ranged from managing retail IT operations across Northern Europe to leading strategic IT delivery initiatives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bangor University and A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
