Nora Kaalstad is an experienced project coordinator currently working for Norges idrettsforbund as the Prosjektkoordinator at Ullevaal stadion since May 2024. In addition, Nora serves as a board member of the Forbundstyret and Region Sør at Norges Håndballforbund since May 2020. Engagement with Viken Idrettskrets includes roles as a Kursleder and a member of the Youth Committee since 2017. Previous positions at Norges idrettsforbund from August 2021 to October 2023 involved leading projects such as the Lillehammer Young Leaders Programme and the Norges Olympiske akademi in 2022. Additional experience includes a coordinator role at OSLO IDRETTSKRETS from October 2020 to May 2021. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Oslo (expected June 2024), studies in Idrettsfag from St. Hallvard Videregående skole (2016-2019), and a forthcoming Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Transformation from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway (August 2024 - June 2026). In addition, academic pursuits include recent studies at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2023 to December 2023.
