Simona Grasso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and teaching in the fields of biology and medicine. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser at Norges forskningsråd since March 2019, Simona previously held the position of Researcher at the University of Oslo from August 2013 to December 2018, where significant contributions included studying the activation mechanisms of Factor VII Activating Protease (FSAP) and teaching Cell Biology to medical students. As a PhD student at University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, experience included utilizing the Comet assay method for DNA damage detection and conducting clinical research on hypokalemia in cancer patients.
