Jermell Rice has extensive experience in technical support and analysis, currently serving as a Virtual Support Analyst at Kaiser Permanente since June 2016. In addition, Jermell Rice has been employed at Velocity Technology Solutions as a Tier 2 service desk technician for Brookdale Hospital, providing Epic hardware and Active Directory support.
