Miglė Žukauskaitė-Tatorė, PhD has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Miglė is currently working at Nord Security as a Lead Product Legal Counsel, responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Nord Security as well. In 2020, they served as a Mediation Trainer at UAB Pacifera I Consensus Gmbh - IM Campus I Contract based and also worked as a Mediator at State Guaranteed Legal Aid Service. From 2016, Miglė worked as a Lecturer at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. Miglė also worked as a Complaints Lawyer (Senior External Dispute Resolution Analyst) at Revolut from April 2021 to December 2021. Miglė has held positions as an Independent Contractor at LexSensis in 2019 and as a Chief Expert at Lithuanian Competition Council (KT) in 2015. Additionally, they contributed as a Deputy Director at Vilniaus universiteto Teisės klinika from September 2018 to January 2019. Notably, Miglė served as a Scientific Expert in the Council of Europe's Working Group on Mediation from November 2018 to May 2019. Their responsibilities included conducting a comparative analysis of national legal acts on mediation and leading the drafting of the European Handbook for Mediation Lawmaking, which was adopted by the CEPEJ in June 2019.

Miglė Žukauskaitė-Tatorė, PhD completed their education as follows:

- From 2006 to 2010, they attended Vilnius Lyceum for their high school education.

- From 2010 to 2015, they obtained their Master's Degree in Law from Vilnius University.

- In 2014 and 2015, they also pursued a Master's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.

- MiglÄ— completed their Ph.D. in Law at Vilnius University from 2016 to 2021.

- MiglÄ— engaged in a research stay at Max Planck Society in 2018, focusing on Procedural Law.

- Additionally, in 2019, they pursued a doctoral research stay at Ghent University.

- Miglė Žukauskaitė-Tatorė further obtained a certification in Negotiation Master Class from The Program on Negotiation in 2022.
