Marijus Briedis is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in various roles. Since October 2016, Marijus has served as CTO at NordVPN, where expertise in Linux system administration and software development is leveraged. Prior to this role, Marijus worked as a freelance web developer, specializing in creating and maintaining numerous web projects with a focus on efficient designs and modern technologies. Marijus also held the position of Program Coordinator at Global Glimpse, managing a $20K budget and facilitating educational programs for high school students. Earlier experience includes day trading as a self-employed trader and serving as an IT Specialist at the Agriculture Information and Rural Business Center, overseeing a large array of server and networking systems. Marijus holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Kaunas College.
