Benas Radzevicius has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Tech Talent Acquisition Lead at Nord Security since June 2020, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to Nord Security, Benas worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Revolut, focusing on sourcing and market analysis in a fast-paced fintech environment. Additionally, Benas was an IT Recruitment Consultant at Alliance for Recruitment, handling market and requirement analysis, candidate assessment, and consulting. Early in the career, Benas gained experience at Synechron in IT recruitment and candidate management. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Essex and a High School Diploma from Nidos Gimnazija.
