NordVPN is looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our influencer campaigns, especially focusing on YouTube. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys the fast pace of digital marketing, and is passionate about collaborating with content creators. We are specifically looking for someone who is either based in Korea or has a deep understanding of the Korean market and culture to ensure the campaigns resonate authentically with the local audience.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators on YouTube, with a strong emphasis on the Korean market.
- Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiating rates to achieve high-impact campaigns tailored to the preferences and trends in Korea.
- Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to meet set objectives and KPIs, ensuring relevance and engagement within the Korean digital landscape.
- Manage account operations, including reporting, invoicing, budget tracking, and performance analytics, with a focus on the Korean market.
- Brainstorm and implement new creative approaches to influencer campaigns, taking into account local cultural nuances and trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in both global and Korean influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate strategies across different channels, ensuring a cohesive approach for both local and global audiences.
Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing with a focus on influencer marketing, particularly in the Korean market.
- Ability to analyze data and present results, with a focus on local KPIs.
- Proven track record with YouTube campaigns, including hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations, preferably within the Korean market.
- Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with YouTube's top creators, trends, and influencers, particularly in the Korean space.
- Deep understanding of the Korean digital and social media landscape, especially Youtube.
- Cultural insight into the preferences and behaviors of Korean online audiences to ensure effective and engaging campaigns.
