Michelle Hatch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and transforming enterprise operations across various sectors. Previously, as Vice President of the Services Integration Office, Michelle established key operational frameworks to enhance service quality. Prior experience at NTT DATA Services includes leading transformational programs and ensuring high customer satisfaction, while roles at Dell and VIS/VMC Consulting involved managing large-scale transition projects and service delivery for major clients. Michelle holds a B.S. in Management Information Sciences from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts from DeAnza Community College.
