Megan McAlister, MSPM, is an experienced application analyst currently working at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham since April 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at MEDITECH from July 2016 to April 2022, including Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of application specialists and addressing escalated issues, as well as serving as an Application Specialist focused on training and troubleshooting. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Head Teller and Member Service Representative at Sharon Credit Union from June 2009 to July 2016, specializing in transaction management and conflict resolution. Academically, Megan holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
