Jonathan Eng is a Project Leader at The Nordic Council of Ministers and The Nordic Council, focusing on the Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems initiative as part of Nordic Vision 2030 since January 2022. Previously, Jonathan served as an Associate/Network Coordinator at the Stockholm Environment Institute, project-leading the Swedish Food Systems Dialogues in preparation for the UN Food Systems Summit. Jonathan has also held roles as a Communications Officer for the World Food Programme, where responsibilities included coordinating advocacy towards Nordic countries, and as a member and chairperson of different boards within Akademikerförbundet SSR. With significant volunteer experience and a strong educational background in food systems and political science, Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Food and Development from the Institute of Development Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lund University.
