Malte Laubrock currently serves as the Head of the Grid Integration Department at Nordex Group, leading an international team of power system and modeling experts since September 2019. Responsibilities include analyzing Grid Code requirements, developing features for Grid Code compliance, and executing compliance tests at the Wind Farm level. Previous roles at Nordex Energy GmbH include Team Leader for Electrical Models Simulation and Grid, Head of the Grid, Low & Medium Voltage Department, Development Engineer, and Deputy Head of the System Department for Grid Integration.
