Jasmine Tsai is a skilled project manager currently with Nordex Group since August 2021. Previously, Jasmine held the role of engineer at Pratt and Whitney from September 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team for rotor redesign, developing inspection methods, and implementing Six Sigma principles to enhance delivery rates. Experience also includes a research fellowship at Duke Pratt School of Engineering, focusing on simulating wind loads on turbines, along with volunteer and tutoring roles in educational and community organizations. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
