Engel Scholtens is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing service operations for the Nordex Group in the Netherlands North region since May 2015. Prior roles include lead technician and lead commissioner, responsible for coordinating service and subcontractors at various wind farms, as well as service technician and commissioner at multiple sites. Prior to Nordex Group, Engel held positions as an operational technician at Kikkoman Foods Inc and SCA, and completed internships as a maritime officer/engineer at Essberger Tankers and Jumbo Maritime. Engel began a career in the food sector as a medewerker groenten en fruit at Albert Heijn. Engel holds a degree in Maritime Studies from Noorderpoort, earned between 2008 and 2012.
