Mikael Kaarsberg is an experienced business and sales professional with extensive expertise in the food industry. Currently serving as Business Unit Director at Nordex Food A/S since March 2020, Mikael previously held the position of Area Sales Manager at NORDEX FOOD AS, with a focus on the Balkan and Far East regions from September 2012 to March 2020. Prior to that, Mikael worked as Sales Manager at Uhrenholt A/S, overseeing sales of dairy products to Russia/CIS and Eastern Europe, as well as the Far East, from May 2006 to August 2012. Additionally, Mikael has experience as Sales Manager at Emborg Foods A/S, where responsibilities included selling frozen meat and vegetable products to the Middle East while based in Dubai from 2002 to 2005. Mikael's educational background includes a degree in Business/Mathematics from Aalborg Handelsskole, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
