Jelle De Zwaef is the Founder and General Manager of Nordend, leveraging over 15 years of experience in GIS and cartography since June 2019. Currently a member of the Rubicon community, Jelle also serves as a Business and Change Data Migration Analyst at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Jelle was a Senior GIS Consultant at Infrabel, Project Delivery Manager at Avineon Europe, and held various positions at Intergraph, XMedia AG, media swiss ag, Star-Apic, and Tele Atlas. Jelle holds an Executive Master Class in Business Process Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Geography, majoring in Geomatics, from Ghent University.
