Ekaterina Smykova is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist at Nordea since May 2018, Ekaterina excels as a Scrum Master, coordinating Scrum ceremonies and managing Jira implementations while ensuring standardization and automation of processes. Previous roles include technical support engineering at Luxoft and application support at EPAM Systems, where expertise in Atlassian tools and technical troubleshooting was developed. Ekaterina holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, completed in 2015.
