Alina Zhechava is an experienced IT Business Analyst and Project Manager currently employed at PixelPlex since September 2020, where responsibilities include conducting the discovery phase, managing requirements, backlog, and change requests, as well as team and communication management. Prior to this, Alina worked at XB Software Ltd. from September 2017 to September 2019, focusing on project management, requirement documentation, and multi-team coordination for various web and mobile solutions. Alina's professional journey began as a Lead Software Support Engineer at the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus from 2015 to 2017, with earlier experience as a Business Analyst at the Academy of Public Administration. Alina holds a Master's degree in IT Project Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Gdańsk and a Bachelor's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the Academy of Public Administration.
