Rafi Wadan is a Co-Founder and CEO of Stargazr, an AI-powered performance management software company that offers insights for finance and operational teams in the industrial sector, a position held since October 2020. In addition to this role, Rafi serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching advanced analytics and AI in financial planning and analysis, and as a Lecturer at NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft, focusing on courses related to accounting, controlling, and startup development. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Controller at Lufthansa Technik, where Rafi implemented a performance management system leading to profit improvements, and as a Controller at Beiersdorf. Rafi holds a PhD in Management Accounting and Control from Technische Universität Chemnitz and has conducted research at prestigious institutions such as UCLA Anderson School of Management and Loyola Marymount University.
