André Boilard is a seasoned air quality specialist with extensive experience in atmospheric contaminant dispersion modeling. Currently serving as the project manager and air quality specialist at Norda Stelo since July 2010, André has previously held positions including expert manager at Dessau and president at Dispersoft Consultants. André's academic credentials include a Microprogramme de 2ème cycle en changements climatiques from Université Laval, complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in mechanical engineering, also from Université Laval.
