Jessica Dvorak is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist at NORD Gear Corporation since June 2013, where responsibilities include administering HR plans, consulting on HR programs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Previously, Jessica contributed as a Human Resources and Safety assistant, supporting various aspects of employee relations and safety initiatives. Prior to that, Jessica held positions at Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. as a Purchasing & Inventory Intern and Purchasing Administrative Assistant, where tasks included managing subcontractor awards, processing invoices, and maintaining procurement records. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
