Alain Shink has extensive experience in the forestry sector, with a career spanning over four decades. Alain Shink has held the role of Surintendant approvisionnement forestier at Norbord since June 1999 and previously worked as a Technicien forestier at Ministère des Forets La Sarre from April 1990 to June 1999. Early in the career, Alain Shink served as a Mesureur et contremaitre forestier at Howard Bienvenue inc from June 1978 to August 1980. In terms of education, Alain Shink studied Activité Physique, Administration / gestion du sport et conditionnement physique at Université de Sherbrooke from 1990 to 1991 and obtained a degree as a Technicien Forestier from Collège du Nord-ouest Rouyn-Noranda from 1980 to 1982.
