Alexander Yakovlev is an experienced consultant currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Norbit since January 2023, focusing on Remote Services Delivery and Customer Support. Previously, Alexander spent over eight years at SAP as a Senior Technical Quality Manager, where responsibilities included delivering SAP MaxAttention services for Premium Engagement contracts. Prior experience includes roles as SAP Infrastructure Manager at IBS Group, SAP Basis Infrastructure Team Leader at Absolut Bank, and Global SAP Basis Support Specialist at Mars Inc., where Alexander specialized in SAP infrastructure management and support across various regions. Earlier in the career, Alexander also worked as a Software Developer at IT Consulting and Novosoft Inc., developing both backend and frontend solutions. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Programming from Novosibirsk State University.
