Dave Miller is a Professional Driver for the Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance-NORA since December 2022, responsible for safely transporting teams from local Organ Procurement Organizations to medical facilities and delivering blood samples and organs for transplants and testing. Prior to this role, Dave Miller retired in March 2023 after serving as Deputy Commissioner for City of Cleveland EMS from November 2011 to October 2020. Dave Miller also worked as a Paramedic for the City of Cleveland from July 1988 to November 2011. Education was obtained at Cuyahoga Community College.
