Raymond Zambrano is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in customer service and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Technical Support Supervisor at Nora Lighting, Inc. since July 2020, Raymond previously held positions as Technical Support/Field Technical Support Lead at Troy-CSL Lighting and Tech Support Specialist at MaxLite, where effective communication and prompt issue resolution were prioritized. Additionally, Raymond gained experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at MaxLite, focusing on material compliance and inspection. Raymond holds an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electrical Technology from Chaffey College and has completed OSHA 30 Hour safety certification.
