Leonie de Ruijter is a skilled medical professional specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Currently serving as (Kinder)revalidatiearts at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep since April 2023, Leonie has also held a position as MD in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Heliomare since November 2017. Prior experience includes training as an AIOS in rehabilitation medicine at Merem Behandelcentra from July 2013 to October 2017. Leonie de Ruijter earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Algemene geneeskunde from the University of Amsterdam between 2004 and 2012, and completed additional training at the Academie voor Medisch Specialisten from 2016 to 2017.
