Irene Kos currently serves as an Information Security Officer at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep since October 2022. Prior to this role, Irene Kos worked at Heliomare from August 2002 to October 2022, holding various positions including Zorginformaticus and Projectleider Ehealth, where Irene collaborated with Minddistrict on translating modules from mental health care to the rehabilitation sector. Irene Kos also participated in the revalidation of electronic patient records and contributed to national standards for data transfer in healthcare as a member of an expert group with V&VN from October 2010 to June 2011.
