Harmen Soppe is an experienced Learning & Development Manager at Noordhoff since February 2018, responsible for integrating all learning initiatives and creating comprehensive L&D plans. Harmen also serves as a member of the works council, advocating for staff interests and advising on economic and social matters within the organization. As a Didactic Domain Expert, Harmen translates scientific knowledge into practical applications, while previously holding roles as an Educational Content Developer and Content Manager, focusing on quality and timely delivery of educational projects. Harmen has experience as a substitute teacher in primary education and a long-term substitute teacher, contributing to the development of personalized student planning formats. Harmen holds a Master's degree in Educational Sciences and two Bachelor's degrees in Primary Education from the University of Groningen and Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
