Russell Der is a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience across various leading companies. At Noom Inc. since June 2021, Russell leads the Global Creative team, focusing on high-performing content across multiple channels including TV and social media. Prior to this, Russell held a creative director position at Amazon for the Ring brand, managing significant campaigns and establishing a global brand voice. Additional roles include co-creative lead for Burger King and Tim Hortons at Motive, and integral team lead for new business processes at Ignition. Russell began the career as a copywriter, contributing to campaigns for Belkin and in freelance capacities, and has a proven track record in mentoring and developing brand voices. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in English and Literature from Whittier College.
