Sophie Smith is a dedicated professional in programme development with significant experience in both non-profit and international organizations. Currently serving as a Programme Development Officer at Nonviolent Peaceforce since November 2023, Sophie previously held positions including Senior Programme Development Officer at REDI for a Sustainable Future and Junior WPS Consultant at Independent Diplomat. Sophie has also contributed as a Project Manager at Search for Common Ground and as a Research Assistant at EGIC - Euro-Gulf Information Centre, where responsibilities included writing reports on Gulf region developments and implementing communication strategies.
