Stephanie Gularte is the founder and certified wellness practitioner at The Energy Advantage, LLC since March 2017, specializing in leadership and workplace wellbeing through innovative workshops and retreats. Gularte also serves as a trainer for the Nonprofit Leadership Center, the executive director for the Women's Leadership Alliance, and a volunteer MBA leadership coach at the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business. Previously, Gularte held significant leadership roles, including CEO and producing artistic director at American Stage Theatre Company, and founding artistic director at Capital Stage Company. Gularte's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Directing from the University of Idaho, multiple fitness coaching certifications, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Government and Theatre Arts from California State University-Sacramento.
