Amanda L. Anderson is an experienced professional in client experience and student affairs, currently serving as an Associate at Nonprofit HR since January 2023. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of Assistant Director for Housing & Residential Life at Radford University from August 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of full-time employees and overseeing the professional development of approximately 120 student employees. Amanda designed engaging curricula for residential programming, impacting nearly 3,500 residents. Earlier roles at SUNY Cortland included Acting Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Residence Hall Director, where responsibilities encompassed event planning and team management. Amanda holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida and advanced degrees in Student Affairs and Communication from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Virginia Tech, respectively.
